powerfully under-motivated

I dislike days where I’m not as motivated as I would like to be and lately, I’ve been experiencing that with a scary frequency. I think I need some additional activities or challenge in my day to get me back on track. At least I realize I’m not on the track I’d like to be on. That’s the first most important step, isn’t it?

Some times I just wish I could ignore things like I did when I was younger. Now I feel guilty about everything. Maybe I just need more B12?
